El Concilio’s Medical Transportation Services provide a safe and comfortable Non-Emergency transportation to health care appointment locations within the city of Stockton.

Non-Emergency medical transportation involves getting patients to and from the source of medical care. These services assist clients from time to pick-up to drop-off to make sure that the clients get there safely and on time.
