Services are available to patients of all ages; most locations accept Medi‑Cal, Medicare, and some insurance plans, with sliding‑scale or discounted fees based on income for uninsured or underinsured patients.

Medi-Cal, Medicare, and select Medicare Advantage plans accepted. Discounted fees for those who qualify based on household circumstances.

Community Medical Centers’ Dental Care Program provides comprehensive, affordable dental services to support oral health for individuals and families in the community.

Services include:

• Dental exams with oral cancer screenings
• Preventive care such as regular and deep cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Restorative services including fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures
• Endodontic care such as root canals
• Oral surgery, including tooth extractions
• Space maintainers and other general dentistry services

First visit may require a deposit. Discounts are available based on income for patients without insurance or Medi-Cal.
