The Parkinson's Support Group of Tracy

(209) 835-8886 (St. Paul's Lutheran Church)
(209) 879-3108 (Kathryn Clark)

People with Parkinson's disease and their caregiver and or spouse.

The Parkinson's Support Group of Tracy has its meeting on the second Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m. until noon. These meetings are for the benefit of anyone with Parkinson's disease and their spouse or caregiver. If you are newly diagnosed or have had Parkinson's for years, there is always something new happening. We're big on information, and hearing what works and what doesn't. Its a small group so easy to feel comfortable and talk without embarrassment. We talk about the hard stuff that comes with the disease, but also laugh a lot. Always time to share your symptoms, challenges, frustrations and victories.

The group has been around for over six years and is affiliated with The Parkinson's Association of Northern California. This is a wonderful way to learn more about the disease by listening and sharing. You can pick up tips on ways to help make your everyday life a little easier. The group is comprised of men and women of different ages and stages of Parkinson's.

For more information, contact Kathy at (209) 879-3108.
