National Stuttering Association of the Sacramento Chapter meets monthly as a support group for People Who Stutter (PWS). They offer a safe and comfortable place to openly discuss speech concerns and provides support while reminding each other they are not alone. They do allow parents and educators to join their local monthly chapter meetings.

The National Stuttering Association is a non-profit self-help organization. Resources, DVD’s and a website with current research is available. In addition, year-round activities and community outreach are offered. Their goal is to provide information about the cause, prevention and treatment of stuttering while dispelling myths and providing a welcoming atmosphere for all who wish to attend.

The chapter currently meets the third Tuesday of each month from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Raley's, 4840 San Juan Avenue, Fair Oaks, CA (Raley's Event Center Conference Room). Contact Mike Molino at: satovalleyspeech@gmail.com as times and locations occasionally change.
