Grandparents who are caregivers to their grandchildren from birth to 5-years old.
Raising Quality! provides an in-home program that support grandparents to improve the quality of childcare and enhance the relationships with their grandchildren. The program includes Raising a Reader (family literacy Program) and child developmental screenings. These services are provided by Child Care Program Coaches.
