Family Resource Center

Grandparents that are caregivers for their grandchildren from birth to 5-years old and are providing care at least 10 hours per week

Raising Quality! IMPACT Family, Friend, and Neighbor Initiative (FFN) provides an in-home program that support grandparents to improve the quality of childcare and to enhance the relationships with their grandchildren. Includes Raising a Reader family literacy program and child developmental screenings. Services provided by Child Care Program Coaches.

Program includes:

• Coaching with community agency staff
• Networking with other grandparents
• Early literacy activities and programs
• Quality caregiving support through goal setting
• Material goods provided by program coach to support quality growth
