This workshop is for San Joaquin Delta College students, faculty and staff only. We will be discussing how to communicate assertively rather than aggressively. Learn strategies on how to control your emotions, stress and other triggers of anger. Health risks associated with anger and stress as it relates to parenting will also be presented.
